I want to thank you for all of the work that you have done over the years with us here at Novelis, and before that when we were Alcan, in helping us plan and decorate for our events. From the Santa Claus Parade float, to events here at the plant, and all of our celebration dinners, you and your staff have always been able to help us arrive at the best decisions for the themes that we have selected in a completely professional manner. I believe that we have been treated as clients throughout the years, but more importantly, as partners in making the events a success. Your group has always put our needs first, and has viewed the events as your own. That commitment to a successful event is something that I have not always seen from other vendors.

In particular, I want to thank you for your new approach in offering a complete service that has transcended the “standard” balloon decorations to something much more diverse. At our safety celebration in April, the ballroom at the Ambassador was transformed into an area that was described as both “magical”, and “elegant” by our visitors from around the company. Your use of fabric and lighting effects gave character to the room, and to an event that was very special to us. It also solicited envious comments from people from other facilities that had never seen decorations that conveyed the importance of our accomplishment and created an atmosphere of excellence. You have definitely perfected the “wow” factor when it comes to helping to convey a message through decorating.

I wish you well in your business, and I hope that the expansion of your business into this area of event decorating continues to serve you well. As I move on to my new position within the company, I know that I will miss being able to work with you in planning events. I will make sure that my successor knows that in you and your company they will have a very special partner in the years ahead for all of our special celebrations.
